MAB Track 1 Track 1 of the MAB Program is aimed towards students with an undergraduate major in an area other than Food and Resource Economics, Economics or similar areas. Students with science-based undergraduate degrees such as Animal Science, Food Science, and Microbiology (to name a few) would benefit greatly from this degree. These students are well-trained in the sciences but may lack the fundamental understanding of how a business operates. The combination of the MAB degree with a focus on business and an undergraduate degree in the agricultural sciences will put these students a step ahead of the competition. The courses in the MAB Track I program are specifically designed for students with little or no economics background. This track is a 30-hour, three semester program beginning in August and ending the following August. Prerequisites for Track 1: AEB 3133 Ag.
