Hal W. Lively Memorial Scholarship
Scholarships are available to students majoring in Food and Resource Economics with a specialization in Food Marketing and Distribution. The amount for each scholarship shall be equal to 65 percent of the estimated semester expenses for a full-time Florida student as shown by the University catalog. These scholarships shall continue to provided the recipient maintains satisfactory progress toward graduation and continues work towards a specialization in food marketing and distribution. To be eligible a student must be a resident of Florida and must pursue a program in food marketing and distribution as prescribed in the University of Florida undergraduate catalog.
R. Holt Howard Endowed Scholarship
Established by R. Holt Howard of Gainesville to be awarded to students pursuing undergraduate degrees in Agriculture with emphasis upon students in the Food and Resource Economics Department.
D'Albora Scholarship in Honor of J. Wayne Reitz
A scholarship provided from the annual earnings of an endowment created in honor of J. Wayne Reitz. Any Food and Resource Economics student is eligible to receive this scholarship which is given on the basis of scholarship, leadership, and moral character.
