Xumin Zhang

Lecturer

Xumin Zhang is an Instructional Associate Professor in the department of Food and Resource Economics. An alumni of the UF Food and Resource Economics Ph.D. program in 2019, he has worked as an interim assistant professor teaching economics at Santa Fe College. Before getting his PhD, Zhang has about 20 years working experience in the agribusiness sector.

    My research interests include Consumer Behavior, Experimental and Behavioral Economics, Pro-environmental Behavior, Food and Agribusiness Management and Marketing.
